Bio
I’m Gina, and I moved to the Jersey suburbs when my daughter was just three months old. Before that, I lived in the best city in the world, New York. I miss it like hell. My daughter was a “high-need” baby and is now a very strong-willed preschooler.
My husband and I decided to toss another kid into the mix partly because people promised the second one would be easier. All of those people are now dead to me. My son is somehow more spirited and sleeps even less than my daughter.
Prior to staying home to raise my family, I worked in Human Resources while studying wine through WSET and studying wellness through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (regretfully not using either certification for professional endeavors). And I’ve always written.
In addition to all of that, I support breastfeeding mamas as a Breastfeeding Counselor. It’s a volunteer position (i.e. services are free!), and my way to give back since I was lucky to have an amazing breastfeeding relationship with my daughter.
