Bio
I write, act, and teach in Chicago. My YA debut, DON'T TOUCH about an aspiring actress with a fear of touching other people's skin, recently released from HarperTeen, followed soon after by my spooky novelette, THE GAME OF BOYS AND MONSTERS. I'm repped by Sara Crowe at Harvey Klinger.
I studied theater at Northwestern before earning my MFA in Writing for Children & Young Adults at VCFA.
I'm also a proud member of the theater company Barrel of Monkeys, which adapts kids' writing for audiences of all ages. Kids Write It. We Do It. World Saved.
