Bio

I'm trying to figure out how to balance my multiple personalities of structural engineer, dog trainer, and wife all at the same time, while fighting CFS and Dysthymic Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder. Much like Scotty, I'm always looking for those creative ways to route more energy to my life, without causing it to blow! (And yes, I am a Trekkie. I fully embrace my nerdiness.)
