Hey everyone!
My name is Alyssa Gleason, soon-to-be Alyssa Gleason Bennett. :) I am an undergrad student at Gallaudet University.
Like many college students, I have gained a little bit of weight over time so I have decided to use this blog as a diary of sorts to put down my workout, what I ate and how I feel about myself.
Hopefully by the time I get married, my self-confidence will be at an all time high and I can just be happy :)
