I am a wife, mother of 3, an athlete (golf, tennis, weightlifting, snow skiing, water skiing, walking), and now a blogger! I have recently awakened to the importance of being fully informed about prescription medications, nutrients, and supplements and how they affect my health - both short-term and long-term.
