Hi, I’m April.
I created Gluten Free Zen to show people that living allergen free isn't nearly as hard as they think. It doesn't have to be a stressful experience. I share "newbie" pointers and all kinds of recipes that will make your new life a lot more enjoyable. I am passionate about showing people that living allergen free is a healthy and rewarding way to live.
