Bio
Life is too short not to make a difference. I believe that with all of my heart. I've been in the mental health field for nearly twenty years working to empower and inspire others in living a higher quality of life.
As a podcaster and speaker I've had the privilege of traveling around the globe addressing mental health, the power of self care, giving back and living your life to your fullest.
I love traveling, writing, surfing and doing my thing as a wife and mom. Life's a journey!
