Bio
I have three blogs which represent my interests past and present.
"The Arentz Family" is the results of researching the family history of my father's ancestors. I have still to start one for my mother's side of the family.
"Epping Library Knitters" is a blog I started for the group at the library that knits for Wrap With Love, a very worthwhile charity.
"Flea-bites" or "grandmaflea" which it suddenly turned itself into for reasons best known to Wordpress, was my personal blog.
Unfortunately, all three blogs have fallen into severe disrepair over the last few years. There are lots of reasons for this, and although I have my blogging mojo back, my interests have changed
My family history has suddenly sprung back into front and centre of my interests and I will be restoring the chaos that ensued on that blog when I made a disastrous change to a new theme.
The Epping Library Knitters blog fell apart when the responsibilities of coordinating the group and ill health I was experiencing became too much for me. Someone else took the blog over but that didn't work out so with the lack of activity there, I have decided to close that down. I am no longer a member of the group and with the librarian's permission, another blog can always be started if someone is prepared to take responsibility for it.
As for Flea-bites, I lost my motivation to continue with this blog after we moved 9 years ago and I no longer had the beautiful bush and wildlife around my home to write about. I have tried to resurrect it, but it falters each time. I think it has outlived its time.
I hope followers of these blogs understand and will not be too critical while I sort them all out.
