I am a practicing, confessing Christian. On Resurrection Morning, I will no longer be practicing - I will be made perfect.
Right now, I am a 74 year-old grandfather and great-grandfather. God has blessed me with a stubborn wife who will not let me do things I should know better than to try (He knows that I have almost no will-power!), and we've been married since November 1, 1958 (math lesson: find out how long that is!).
I am a member of Wheat Ridge Evangelical Lutheran Church - a Lutheran Church-Missori Synod congregation. The church gets it's name from the former Wheat Ridge Lutheran Hospital, located immediately east of our 'campus'. The hospital is now a medical center, and no longer bears the Wheat Ridge name. However, the Wheat Ridge Foundation still resides on the center's property.
