Bio
Hi, I am Galina. Born in Ukraine, grew up in Yakutia and now living for 10 years in beautiful California. I am a Personal Chef with over 15 years of experience. why? To start with – because I love to eat! I have my first baby’s pictures where I enthusiastically getting busy with some kind of food, so let’s say I always had a good appetite and was curious enough to try new things. But I never considered making food my professional venue. Until I came to California 10 years ago. My first impressions from the stores – you can get whatever whenever, plus I saw some items I only read about before. And I start experimenting in the kitchen. I knew how to cook, of course, you cannot live without it in Russia, but having the Californian abundance of fresh items just made me a happy camper! Plus I love to entertain my friends and family with good food. So I left the corporate world and graduated from Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, CA (now The French Culinary Institute). Never looked back:)
