Bio
I was born and bred in Dublin and having spent years working in Television in London I am back living in Dublin again with my young family. I am passionate first and foremost about my family but after them and in no particular order, running, reading, listening to music, cooking, films, traveling and trying to open my mind a bit wider. This blog helps me to explore just some of these. Call me naive but I believe that the accumulation of small changes daily can make a big difference to our health, our community and the wellbeing of our planet.
