Bio
After years as a creative director/writer working on some of America's largest advertising clients, including California Lottery, Dell Computer, Honda Motorcycles, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, and Microsoft, I started an independent creative service in 1997.
In 2000, my wife and I left the loony liberal town of San Francisco , and built a horse farm 50 miles north, outside the even-loonier town of Cotati. We spent several years wondering why this little town looked like a slice of Appalachia in the middle of Wine Country, and then I realized the progressives in the city council are deliberately choking it to death with massive amounts of over-regulation.
This led me to see just how much harm local governments can do, and gave me the idea for my blog: www.thelittlepicture.net. It points out the damage done by progressive local governments all over the country. I have also published The Little Picture as a book. It is available by visiting Amazon.com and searching for Greg Karraker.
