Hello, I’m Australia’s only authentic 1920s – 1930s singer with jazz trio to orchestra
Greg Poppleton 1920s-30s band highlights include ABC Radio Sydney’s 100th Anniversary Show, Sydney Festival (twice), Waiheke Jazz Festival (NZ) and the Great Art Deco Ball (12 years resident band).
When I was 3, I saw Louis Armstrong on TV and have been hooked on 1920s – 1930s jazz and swing since.
US jazz radio stations have my Phantom Dancer album on their swing music play lists with Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, and Billie Holiday.
