Bio
My name is Gwen and I am embarking on a 6 month challenge to eat cheap, healthy, and easy to prepare meals. I will aim to spend less than $400 per month, and report on a weekly basis through The Unemployed Cuisine.
Outside of blogging, cooking, and budgeting, I am an international development and business professional who loves traveling places near and far, running long distances, drinking strong coffee or tea, and eating just a little bit too much chocolate.
