Bio
All my life I have always felt I have had missing pieces of the jigsaw to my life.
After being evacuated from Libya I set out looking into my family background on my father's side.
I only knew from my mother of my grand fathers and grand mothers plight.
I set about looking for the information.
I have never been lucky in fact quite the opposite.
Amazingly within one day, I discovered everything.
Since then I have had a strong sense of urgency and need to remind the people of the world.
In memory of my grandfather and all the courageous men and women and their families that have died and suffered through wars.
We need peace more than ever and that wars need to stop.
I am being driven I believe by my grandfather and my grandmother because there is no doubt they truly suffered.
I am a mother and a housewife.
My children and my husband have been my priority.
I have mainly brought my children up alone as my husband being a military man and now working in security has mainly worked away.
I naturally had a self-sufficiency that came easily to me.
I have experienced sadness and many disappointments in my life.
I have learnt to cope with pain through illness some days very hard to endure.
As painful as my experiences have been I have a strong tolerance, compassion and determination and I have a better understanding of life.
My curiosity for a truth of life all things beautiful and good in nature and life exceeds me.
I have strong convictions about what is right and wrong.
I believe there is a reason for everything and I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt.
I thrive for the suffering of humanity in the world to stop.
I believe that Peace is being resisted and evaded by the power greedy corrupt that control and abuse the people.
I thrive to see all humanity throughout the world come together and unite so that Peace has a chance.
My pleasures that bring me contentment are being creative in my garden and nurturing it and enjoying seeing it grow.
I enjoy restoring and reclaiming for my house and garden.
Arts and crafts and textiles interior design are my passion too.
I have been a materialistic person.
But I have stepped back and learnt that being too materialistic does not bring happiness.
I have become more aware through travel and seeing the poor people that live in poverty, that deep feeling of sadness for them made me feel more grateful for my life.
I believe that now is the time for change to give peace a chance.
All I wish for by writing this blog and putting all my energies into it that they are passed on and they encourage people all over the world to wake up.
To contribute to bringing this beautiful planet we all live on the chance to survive and have peace nature will reward all of us.
Everything I write in my blog is of my own choice and ideas and that I feel are true.
There are suggestions that are from my heart and soul. I include pictures, videos, poems, songs and articles I have felt appropriate and I try not to offend.
I am a novice at putting together a blog however, I find it very fulfilling and enlightening.
At most hoping that my efforts in contributing to bringing peace will be passed on from one person to another throughout the world and that good comes from my messages.
