Bio
How Do You Roll? is a unique, custom sushi roll restaurant started in Austin, Texas in 2008 by two brothers, Yuen and Peter Yung. Their goal was to bring quality sushi without pretension to our fast-paced society. HDYR? reinvents sushi by allowing customers to design their own sushi rolls, right in front of them. However, not only does HDYR? make this healthful food customizable and affordable, but HDYR? also conducts business consciously, living by their motto of "Making the world better, one stomach at a time".
