Bio
Graduate from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Health Science in Community Health. Unable to find a career field with my degree I have continued my education with a MHSA; however, my passion lies with reaching the community through providing preventative care information to the public. Therefore, I have created this blog to share health tips for the physical, mental and emotional being.
