Bio
Eight years ago, I developed diabetes. My concern led me to want to know more about it, including the related subjects of obesity, weight loss and nutrition With my research background and a doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.), I would hope to clarify through a blog or website some of the pressing issues that burden people afflicted with these disorders. Besides my interest in psychology and this work, I live a life in music, playing keyboard, listening to classical, pop and jazz and enjoy the wonders of nature and animals.
