Bio
I talk too much, but I like to think I know what I'm talking about.
For the past three years I have been helping people who are living with Mental Illness, whilst grappling with my own. It's a beautiful community, and I learn more about people every day.
I'm known for my outspoken, sometimes brazen approach. I get away with it because I care. I don't get paid to sugarcoat things and make you feel like shiny, happy people. I don't get paid at all, actually. I do what I do because you matter, your life matters, and there's always a better way to live it.
I'm not qualified and have never pretended to be. I know how it feels at the best and worst times, and I study to gain a wider knowledge.
