Hello, digital world! My name is Kay. I'm excited to introduce myself: am in my early forties, three years ago I chose to follow the man I love and from nice and warm Cyprus I ended up living in Hohen Neuendorf - that is in Germany - in the middle of pretty much nowhere :-). After spending two years complaining about my surroundings, I decided to pursue what I love: Pilates. This is my journey to yet another reinvention of my self. My journey from accounting, journalism, and communications - my studies and professions - to a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor.
