Hello
Hmm About me....
I'm Hina, a British Asian (Gujarati) women in my forties. I was born and raised in Britain by entrepreneurial and extremely hard working parents who moved to Britain in the early 1970s.
I'm a goofball with a keen interest in life around me; the mind, the soul, humanity, nature and art per se.
Having to live with a mental illness, I aim to discuss how I've managed to 'turn it around' and become the resilient and insightful person I am, with my fill of peaks & troughs along the way.
Thus, now I walk through life my way with my head held high. Sharing with you what I glean along the way; translating that into written word.
