The human body is designed to heal itself. Your body is your business. The CEO is your brain and it communicates through whispers and shouts. An ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 40 years, it is an honor to be invited along the healing journey of my patients. I teach how to tap into YOUR own power to heal. We ALL have the ability - it's a matter of learning our own signals, signs, and symptoms as well as how to interpret our personalized internal navigation system. I love playing chess, learning about people's views of life, sharing philosophies, researching and reviewing evidence-based data, communing with nature, meditating, and writing.
