The US Department of Justice hailed Mr. Gross’ work as a milestone in the community justice movement. He has spoken to audiences throughout the United States on this topic and was a featured interview of Philadelphia public television’s “PhillyLive”. Mr. Gross’ research has been published by the University of Arizona Press, Sage Publications and the US Dept of Justice.
