Bio
The physical landscape affects how well people perform.
I plan the space, source & design furnishings & technology, set up and then show people how to work better within their space.
My vision for the learning environment is that it enables both the teacher & the student to perform to their best ability using their individual skills and talents.
My vision for the work environment is that the furniture and fitout enables both the staff and their management to be their best and be able to work toward both their individual & corporate desires and goals.
With recently earned Distinctions in both Change Management & Organisational Culture from MGSM as part of an MBA, I focus on furniture & the physical environment to create well calculated positive & effective change.
I apply a range of strategies to create an atmosphere for both adults & children to become more effective individually & corporately. I carry out this work within the education sector, corporate office sector and charities using a pragmatic and practical (& affordable) approach to redevelop both the facility and the work practices:
∞ New learning space & work space concepts, designs and layouts
∞ Product selection, new design, sourcing, supply & project management
∞ Process Management, Work Practice Improvement & Client Training
