Bio
In the spirit of full disclosure, I have worked for most of the big health insurance companies in the US at one point or another. I've also worked in health care delivery, both on the front line, and in the back offices. As a result I have a less than random interest in the mess we call health care in America. I believe that the pressures at play are now so great that the economics, the philosophy, and the politics of health care are within a decade of a dramatic transformation that will make none of us happy.
