Bio
(IAB) Independent Association of Businesses is a national leading trade association that advances the interests of America's independent small business owners and the self employed. Founded in 1982, IAB is a non-profit, 501(c)6 designated business organization. For three decades, IAB promotes higher efficiency and greater effectiveness by improving the environment of over thirty million small business owners and the self employed in the US.
IAB was chartered in Washington D.C. and maintains a corporate office on Pennsylvania Avenue at the center of the nation’s capitol. Additionally, IAB utilizes administrative offices located in Arlington,Texas in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Recognized as America’s Premier Membership Association, IAB is a leader of innovative access to valuable resources, education, research, advocacy and additional business privileges.
