Driven by the desire to reveal the beauty in each one, Jean-Noël Lemond embraces hairdressing at the age of 18. Two years later, his passion, his will and his dream to follow on the footsteps of the most famous names in the business convinces him to leave the Champagne area for Paris

Quickly noticed and encouraged, he begins a career guided by its artistic choices and punctuated by decisive encounters; Jacques Dessange, whom he considers as “a mentor and father in hairdressing”; Bruno Pittini the famous French art director with whom he caps the biggest French and international celebrities or Alexandre de Paris for whom Jean-Noël is one of the youngest hairdressers , following him through the most famous fashion shows.
Some great men who gave him the know-how of High- End Hairdressing, a taste for excellence while still retaining a genuine curiosity for trends and an acute creative sensitivity.
Highly demanding with himself, Jean-Noël Lemond works tirelessly to provide the best of his art. His ambition, his constant desire to reinvent himself and his entrepreneurial spirit have led him around the world.
At only 20, he is in charge of his first major hairdressing salon in Luxembourg. As a trainer, he travels all over Europe. After a stint in New York in 1993, he takes the artistic direction of Dessange Moscow before opening his own salon in Paris Opera. After the huge success of its Parisian salon, he opens and creates his own brand ICON PARIS; a french style hairdressing salon in Moscow.
