Bio
I am a bilingual (Russian/English) psychology major, with a strong interest in all things technology, science and art.
I graduated from high school in Moscow in 2000 and in a couple of months moved to Belmont, MA.
I started working almost as soon as I arrived to the US (in December of 2000) and job in a retail industry provided me with an opportunity to learn how to better manage my time, be more organized and be more helpful to customers.
Later, I was involved in a number of internships and temporary jobs, some of which include work with UMass, Boston college WUMB radio and Where Magazine, as well as MetaCarta, where I started out as intern in the summer of 2007.
Currently, I am working as a part-time QA assistant at MetaCarta, leaders in geographic information retrieval systems. My goal is to provide company with a data relevant to their business, by means of browsing geology-related portals and manually adding them to the database.
