I am a strategy specialist, been in business for over 20 years, worked internationally including Africa, while assisting shareholders, board members, senior management redefine their values, vision, focus on sustainability, capacity building, cumulative impact, understanding of target audiences, speak the same language etc
I am a also an active blogger, writes passionately about youth development, address their weaknesses, shortcomings, identify strengths, roadmap - my inspiration comes from my wife & 2 kids, and I just dream of seeing every child being looked after, nurtured, the way I treat my family
I am involved in setting up innovative business ventures to assist youths get self employed & be able to reach out to low income families get quality products within their buying capacity, through strategic partnerships with mainstream players such as banks, insurers, fmcg companies, logistics etc
I have also written a book, "aspiring minds" which I want to get published internationally in various languages to reach out to as many youths, parents, teachers, counselors etc., while sharing strong character building, hard work, tolerance, patience etc., to assist in development of our new generation
