Hello! I've lived with rheumatoid arthritis for 25 years, which I often find hard to believe. Although some days it feels more like 80 years than 25. This blog is just a spot to write down some of my thoughts and feelings about living with RA - and sometimes information or news pertaining to arthritis and related health issues. Beware the hazards of occasional whining, complaining, rambling, and blathering on about orthopedic shoes, self-medication with vodka and karaoke, and how I keep cheating on my no-gluten diet.
