Bio
Welcome , this is the place where I write random blog posts on my running/lifting and recipe destroying! I am an Ultra marathoner, Heavy Lifter, Mom, Coffee and Tea lover and all around food lover . I love to work out, lift heavy things,eat a healthy diet of mostly plant based whole foods but I am not labelling myself as anything!!! I am NO LONGER tracking my macros like an obsessed freak! . I love my instant pot and will hopefully be posting more recipes on this blog featuring my favorite appliance. Follow this blog and I promise you will be entertained and you may even learn some disturbing new recipes!
