Bio
I am a non-traditional transfer student in my senior year at San Diego State University. I am in the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program with an emphasis in Meetings & Events.
San Diego State's motto is "Leadership Begins Here." It's part of the way that the university differentiates themselves from other universities. Leadership courses are a central part of the curriculum here because we recognize that leadership skills are in demand in the modern workforce, and will continue to be so into the foreseeable future.
The propose of my blogs are to document my developmental process as I learn to become a better leader not only from course work, but in my work life, and social interactions.
