Bio
Virginia Carlsten is an American living in Puglia and has been living between The US and Italy on and off for the past 20 years. She has been living in Rome with her husband for the past 2 years working with American universities and college students.
The idea of this blog came from discoveries in her own kitchen and as well as the different flavors experienced in the kitchens of others while traveling through Italy. This is food blog not just of recipe ideas, but will also explore the 20 breads of Italy, little by little.
