Bio
My name is Jack Barr. I was born deaf. As a result I have lot of knowledge with the frustration experienced by the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and those with Hearing or Vision Loss. I have worked with interpreters, Counselors, Therapists, Wisconsin School of Deaf Theaters, the D.V.R., Police Department, and Libraries. I was President of the Wisconsin School for the Deaf class of 1968. I am former Vice President of Wisconsin School for the Deaf Alumni Association and The State Deaf conventions. I will always continue to fight for deaf rights.
