Bio
My name is James Muhammad of JM Realty Group, and I have been in the real estate industry going on eleven years, now. I have experienced the success and failure of real estate market. As a result, I have become more passionate about my clients and the service that I cane provide them. I choose not just to be ‘in real estate’, I exhibit the type of service that makes it apparent that I care about the house that my client purchases or sells ---all of the time, working to give them the best of both.
I am highly self motivated and goal oriented, with local knowledge of neighborhoods in San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties and market conditions. I have demonstrated track record of sales success, unmatched communication and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and listening skills with uncommon ability to network effectively..
Families have become my first priority and concern. I am very active in the community and have two wonderful children, ages 23 and 15. I also coach a travel basket ball team and sponsor a football team. I have and continued to serve my community, and I look forward to doing the same for you and your family… now and years to come.
