Bio

I was born in the D.C. suburbs of maryland in 1978. Growing up we always had this race pic of my dad running in the rain in the living room. I don't recall my dad as much of a runner. He still loves baseball and staying in shape. I loved that photo so much, he has no idea I even remember it. In the photo my dad has his palms to the downpouring sky and his elbows pointed to the ground. The look on his face might say, "This is fun!" or "Why the hell am I here?" It is hard to read. I was involved in team sports very early on. My favorite part of any practice was when we ran. My family pushed team sports, so i was unaware that running was its own sport until high school. My earliest social run memory is running with Becca at summer camp. We would listen to Morrissey on our walkmans and run!
