I worked for many years in the fashion industry and came upon the same critical juncture in my life after my daughter was born-to continue working or to become a stay at home mom.
I struggled with many of the same questions that most do-could I really stay at home with my child, would I be able to provide for her, would I be able to go back to my career at some point? and.....what would I wear everyday??
I created this blog for those of you out there who don't want to wear YSL to the playground but don't want to be stuck in sweatpants just because the box you check says "housewife/mother".
I am fortunate to live in one of the most fascinating and unique cities of the world and I am surrounded by "fashion candy" all day long-I want to be able to translate it in a relate-able way on the playground or at a playgroup.Can Elmo and Enzo really live in the same city and co-exist?
I hope to share my experiences and learn from my fellow mamanista's-after all, isn't that what motherhood is all about??
