Bio
I'm a father, a lover of craft beer and craft beer culture. My hobby is homebrewing. It's something I really enjoy. I am constantly making up recipes, saving for equipment, obsessing over fermentation temperatures, and cleaning bottles and kegs. I dream of one day opening my own small brewpub nanobrewery. Until then I am willing to pay my dues at any microbrewery that will let me volunteer.
This Blog is strictly about my hobby. I am intentionally keeping off any thing about my personal life. Keep the drama for your lama.
