Bio
I first fell in love with the stock market at just 16. By the time I moved on to college, I was investing regularly and was using the money I was making from the market to pay for my tuition. Stock trading allowed me to achieve undergraduate and graduate degrees in finance and investment management.. Sure, it was the late 1990s, but still, investing wasn't any easier then. Now, almost 30 years later, I still have the same love and passion as when I was first learning. After a long career working for as a buy-side domestic and international equity trader, I decided at 35, and with two baby girls at home, it was now or never. It was then that I started the next phase in my life, working for myself. With nothing other than my experience and knowledge, I began to build a following.
I believe that two thirds of investing expertise starts at the Macro level and works its way down, the remaining third coming in the form of individual stock selection. Early in my career, more seasoned professionals taught me some of the most valuable lessons that would guide my career. Now I share all of my experience with my readers and subscribers daily with timely thoughts, using written, audio, and video updates. Additionally, I use fundamental, technical, and options market analysis to identify individual stock ideas for my community of followers. I also manage the Mott Capital Thematic Growth Portfolio - a long only equity portfolio
