Bio
I spent thirty years working with children in trouble. I started in a facility for serious and habitual juvenile offenders and moved into supervision and management for all programs for both delinquent and dependent children, including day care licensing and inspections, spouse abuse, mental health services etc. I'm retired and I write. I have published several novels related to my experiences. My characters are child abuse investigators, heroes who hit the streets and walk into houses where they are seldom welcomed, often threatened. I will be writing about a variety of things, but my main focus will be on the folks who do this work and the fun and frustration of writing as well.
