Bio
Hi, I'm Jazmin. I'm an avid coffee drinker and Netflix watcher. I enjoy big meals and long naps in my bed. This blog is a school project to document my culinary school adventures. I haven't exactly figured how I want to apply this education to a career but I do know that I love food and the act of preparing it. I hope to inspire and be inspired through my cooking and the cooking of others. My food philosophy can be summed up in this quote, "“Cookery is not chemistry. It is an art. It requires instinct and taste rather than exact measurements.” - Marcel Boulestin. Food and cooking, like anything else in life, should be approached with love.
