Bio
I am a Christian and massage therapist. Blogging offers me an opportunity to express my thoughts and what I know to people who want to expand or grow in their own thought process. I run a small business that is involved in the health care, sports, and fitness industry. Working one on one with clients I teach them how they can reach and maintain their peak level of performance and what they need to go beyond that level of performance.
