Bio
Jennifer Lea, Founder & CEO of Entry Envy, is an embodiment of innovation and resilience. Inspired by a personal journey involving a divorce and home renovation in 2020, Jennifer launched Entry Envy in Omaha, Nebraska, in late 2021. The company specializes in creating custom signs with modern address numbers, last names, and monograms, complete with a planter box for seasonal decor, simplifying and beautifying home entries across the USA. Prior to this venture, she served as an Executive Director for two law firms over 18 years, leveraging her business and marketing expertise, along with an Executive MBA. She is a graduate of the NMotion Accelerator Program in 2023 and a 2024 Pipeline Fellow. Jennifer is passionate about mentoring and empowering young women to explore trades as a respected career path. Balancing her role as a mother to two daughters (Lexie 15 & Lauryn 13) and her love for her dog and tortoise, she exemplifies strength, creativity, and a commitment to continuous learning and relationship building.
