Bio
Jessica was born in Ramsgate and lived there for 18 years before moving to Norwich aged 19. She studied at Clarendon House Grammar School, where she achieved 11 GCSEs (grades A-C). Having completed her GCSEs, she moved to Chatham House Grammar School, where she achieved 5 AS Levels (grades B-D) and 4 A2 Levels (grades B-D).
Once her studies at secondary school were complete, Jessica undertook a degree in Music at UEA. She achieved a 2:2 BA (Hons) degree. She is currently writing two books called Lady Cannibal (fiction) and Stormbird (non-fiction), and wrote her dissertation on autism and music therapy, for which she received a 2:1 (63%). Jessica hopes to become a business owner teaching both children and teacher about autism, her speciality.
In her spare time, Jessica is an avid reader and musician, having previously studied at Kent Music Academy from 2008-2010. She plays the flute, violin, piano, viola and piccolo as well as singing. Her musical CV includes many ensembles, choirs and solo performances, in particular being the founder and 1st violin player for the Rhodes quartet.
