Bio
Jim Wavada is the owner and editor of Working the Commons.com. He is retired after 35 years of public service in municipal, county, state and federal (military) governments. He retired after 28 years with the Washington State Department of Ecology and an environmental planner and projects manager. Prior to his government service, Jim was a print journalist and community newspaper editor.
