Bio
Mr. Decker is a highly skilled technician who was born in the Chicago area and is CEO of STA llc. He has worked as a Stock Options Clerk at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and has been a technician most of his life. With experience in inspection, aviation maintenance, manufacturing and management of shop activities. Some of his experience includes; the Solar Tower, a research reactor and missile nose cones at Sandia National Laboratories. More recent projects include, flight testing support for the Gulfstream 650, 550 and building the Eclipse 500.
His education includes some courses at Indiana University and New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. An A&P license and numerous GenFam certifications. Lean Manufacturing and completed the Center for Commercialization and Entrepreneurial Training(CCET) by Technology Ventures Corporation(TVC) the entrepreneurial wing of Lockheed Martin.
