Bio
Moved to Hawaii from Connecticut in 1962. Now retired and living on Maui after owning and running an advertising agency in Honolulu for some 20 years. Keeping occupied by doing some freelance writing, mostly travel and specifically train travel. Wrote a book about train travel several years ago. Avidly follow the Boston Red Sox. Saw my first game at Fenway Park in 1946. (Red Sox 7, Yankees 5 ... and have despised the Yankees ever since.) At least once a year I travel to Boston or to some other city to see them play 3-4 games. Love Hawaii and particularly Maui. Days spent looking after this place -- mowing, weed-wacking, growing citrus, papayas, bananas and coffee. And scooping poop from a couple of horses. Contentment is a wonderful thing. Aloha pumehana.
