Bio
Yuen is a little girl that speaks fluently Dutch, Chinese and English. Living in a small town near Haarlem. Her ambition is to become a welknown Art-Director. She is a 2nd year student Interactive Media at Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Her expertise is Content and Communication.
She loves fashion, art, photography, drawing, travelling, food, ancient archeology, astronomy, games and having fun with friends.
Her passion is photoshop. Her first computer was a Imac G3 Indigo. It was love at first sight. Untill the time keeps on moving, the more she loves it. Experimenting with photoshop is a daily routine. Her maingoal is to improve her traditional drawing skills. Currently busy with experiementing with the wacom tablet of her brother.
Her rolemodel is her brother. He is an game artist for Streamline Studios. Wich is a Triple A Game Developer in Amsterdam.
Her artistic skills are (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver. Besides that, she knows how to copywrite, concepting and managment.
New Media, Interactive Media, Gadgets, Crossmedia, Communication and Art is her working field.
Her inspiration are all the stuff she meets. From a tiny drawing at a dirty wall in Amsterdam to exhabition from Food Chain. It doesn't matter wheter it small or big. As long i can get some feeling about a object, i can imagine thinks surround it. Even music can get me on the move. But most of all, i just doodle all time and at some point it will become a piece.
