My name is Judy. I serve as a spiritual teacher, meditation guide, and the founder of Create the Calm. I blend image, sound, and self-care to support deep healing, drawing on my background in education and my love for mindful living. Through meditations, workshops, classes, and writing, I share practices that help you return to presence, balance, and inner peace.
