Bio
My journey as a writer began around 1983, as I sat in a third grade English classroom. I was dreading my walk home that evening as it was report card day and I was failing my English class. My teacher, sensing my apprehension, directed my attention to an old leather bound crate to the side of her desk. Within, endless slips of story starters students often used for extra credit options. Sensing this was my only viable way out of my predicament, I couldn't afford a bus ticket to Alaska, I pulled one from the pile.
My third grader life was not only saved, but my real life BEGAN. Mrs. Hearn opened my eyes to a whole other world that I never new existed. WORLDS for that matter. I discovered the power and love of writing.
It has been many years down long and twisting roads since penning my first tale, "The Human Fly". Many stories have followed, some not too shabby and others down right ludicrous. Yet, no matter the outcome, I have enjoyed each and every breath that I have breathed into my creations
